What is your shipping policy?
We ship anywhere in the world.
- Domestic – Shipping in Canada goes through Canada post unless it is an over-sized original or canvas print. Allow 5-10 days for processing and shipping as sometimes we have to make the order specially for you.
- International – We Ship anywhere in the world! If you have any issues with purchasing through the online store, send us an email at karlpentongallery@gmail.com and we will work with you to get Karl’s artwork to you!
Commissioned Paintings
Do you accept Returns on commissions?
No, I do not accept returns on commissioned paintings. Commissioned paintings are one of a kind and personal to each client, therefore once commissioned, the original is yours.
Can I make prints for my family of friends?
A: While the original is yours to keep, the rights of the image still remain with the artist Karl Penton. If you would like any prints in the future legally you must purchase them through him. Karl retains the right to allow retail sales under the intellectual property rights law.

How do I order wholesale?
A: We do offer Wholesale Pricing and if you would like to partner with us, we will show your business and location on our site to promote you to locals in your area. to qualify for that program send us an email with your contact information so we can go over the details.
