Virtual Gallery Tour
The last few years have been a challenging time for all of us, it has made us question almost all aspects of our lives and changed how we see the world. Online sales have always been secondary for Karl! He loves to meet people in his Gallery face to face to have a personal interaction with those who decide to buy his work and support his profession.
If you are unable to make it to Charlottetown in person, Karl wanted to allow you the opportunity to hear from him and explore his colorful world.
We hope that this Virtual Tour will do just that, make sure to watch the video that can be seen at the entrance of the Gallery inside the virtual tour. This location is currently closed but we wanted to keep the tour up as a reminder of where we started and where we are going!

Prints
When Karl opened his first gallery, his main goal was to allow everyone to be able to enjoy artwork in their own space. It was important to make prints locally that were also affordable. All of Karl’s paper prints are matted by hand, in standard framing sizes. This means you can skip the expensive custom framing if you want and get art on your wall.
Since then, Karl has also found a Canadian company to make his ready to hang Gallery Wrapped Prints. These can be made to fit any wall or budget so if you don’t see the size you are looking for in the online store you can custom order the perfect print for you!

Since opening his Gallery, Karl has been honored to have his paintings find homes all around the world. To easily show which originals are still available we have made a page to highlight those that are still available.

About Karl
For over 10 years, Karl Penton has been creating works that are deeply rooted in a sense of ‘place’. His whimsical structures and use of vivid colours are how he is best known. Whether it is an actual location or an “idea that finds him,” the viewer is able to see a little of Karl’s colorful world when standing in front of his work.
Karl’s original paintings can be found in private collections in N.S. and all over the world, in countries such as: The United Kingdom, Germany, France, Australia, throughout Canada and the United States.
